We are a consortium of empowered women with a combined total of more than 50 years’ experience in our various areas of expertise, which we have actively employed in diverse industries across numerous top management decision making levels in the public and private sectors.

Our Mission and Vision

  • We strive to utilize our skills and expertise to foster and empower all our stakeholders with the aim of upholding and promoting the tenets of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment.
  • We seek to maximize the potential of young unemployed black people and suppliers by providing them with skills training, opportunities and mentoring services.
  • We aim to find innovative ways to do business in impoverished rural and semi-urban areas that empowers communities including people with disabilities.

Our Objectives

  • Create a conducive environment for students and qualified training facilitators to impart skills and knowledge with the goal of preparing them for the workplace.
  • Provide various types of organizations with HR strategies, solutions and initiatives to ensure compliance with Legislation and help produce a harmonious and motivated workforce
  • Promote mentorship, support and training to current and future black entrepreneurs and assist with identifying sustainable income generating opportunities in townships and informal settlements
  • Offer B-BBEE customized consulting solutions to organizations in order to assist in maximizing scores on all elements, preparing for verifications, analytics and reporting across all sector codes.
